Russia’s envoy to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, stated that the United States should abandon its approach of issuing ultimatums and threats if it wants to advance peace talks with Iran. According to Ulyanov, the best way forward for the United States in the current situation is to stop using blackmail, ultimatums, and deadlines.
