Khaleda Zia will be President, Tarique Rahman will be Prime Minister—this is not BNP’s position: Rizvi

BNP Senior Joint Secretary Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has commented that the recent social media claims stating that if BNP wins the 13th National Parliamentary Election, Khaleda Zia will become the President and Tarique Rahman will become the Prime Minister, are not correct. He said, “Some of our leaders, or individuals, are writing on social media like Facebook that if BNP comes to power in the upcoming election, Tarique Rahman will become Prime Minister, and our leader Khaleda Zia will become the President. This may be their personal opinion, but it is not the stance of our party, BNP. I want to make this absolutely clear to you.”
