River Water Levels Rising, Flood Fears Resurface in Several Districts

Heavy rainfall continues across various regions of the country due to a low-pressure system over the Bay of Bengal, causing river water levels to rise rapidly. According to the Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre (FFWC), within the next three days, water levels in several rivers across the Chattogram and Sylhet divisions may exceed danger marks, potentially leading to temporary flooding in low-lying areas.
