Former Chattogram Education Board Secretary Narayan Chandra Nath has been temporarily suspended after being jailed for tampering with his son’s HSC exam results. The Ministry of Education took action following a court's rejection of his bail on June 17. A criminal case names him, his son, and two other officials for colluding to alter grades before the 2022 HSC result release. His son’s results have been cancelled, and Nath has been removed from his post and made an OSD.
