Army Chief General Waqar-uz-Zaman has called on newly commissioned naval officers to face growing national and global challenges with patriotism and dedication to duty.
Addressing the President’s Parade in Chattogram, he urged the young officers to remain ever-ready to defend the nation's sovereignty. A total of 52 new officers, including 44 midshipmen from the 2022-B batch and 8 direct entry officers from the 2025-A batch, received their commissions. General Waqar also presented awards to top-performing trainees.
