India: A Haven for Fascists – Awami League Fugitives Plotting from Safe Refuge

Fugitive leaders of the Awami League are weaving a web of conspiracies against Bangladesh while residing in safe havens across various Indian cities, including West Bengal. From there, they are orchestrating destabilization efforts, using Kolkata as a sanctuary to incite turmoil in Bangladesh. These leaders have established connections with top-tier criminals, listed terrorists at the district and sub-district levels, hired killers, drug dealers, gold smugglers, and armed leftist extremist groups. Their influence has already unsettled the southwestern region of Bangladesh, activating outlawed militant groups and escalating unrest in the Rohingya camps and the Chittagong Hill Tracts. They are reportedly investing massive amounts of illicitly accumulated wealth from the past 16 years into these operations.
