Nahid Islam in March for Democracy: "New Constitution Needed Alongside Fundamental Reforms"

Nahid Islam, the convener of the National Citizen Party (NCP), stated that a new constitution is necessary for pro-Bangladesh politics in the country. He said, “We must establish a political ideology that resists dominance and aggression from any foreign power. Despite the recent mass uprising, we are unable to resolve the ongoing crises in our country due to the lack of a new constitution.”
