Appeal to Completely Revoke the Fifteenth Amendment — Sujon

‘Citizens for Good Governance’ (Sujon) has announced that they will soon file an appeal to completely revoke the High Court’s verdict on the Fifteenth Amendment, which had annulled the caretaker government system. The organization claims that the Fifteenth Amendment, passed on June 30, 2011, was enacted without following the proper procedure. Therefore, the appeal will be filed not only against the partial but the entire verdict.
