The International Crimes Tribunal has issued an arrest warrant against former RAB Director General Harun-Ur-Rashid in connection with the July-August genocide case. During Sunday’s hearing, it was stated that Harun, as the RAB chief, planned and executed indiscriminate helicopter shootings and massacres to suppress the protests in July-August.
