Lawyer Shishir Monir informed the Appellate Division that Jamaat-e-Islami leader Kader Molla was executed based on a summary judgment in his review petition. The statement was made during the hearing of another war crimes case involving ATM Azhar before a seven-member bench led by the Chief Justice.
