Two Investigation Committees Formed Over Shaheed Minar Vandalism in Cumilla

Two separate investigation committees have been formed by the Upazila administration and the college authorities following the vandalism of a Shaheed Minar in Cumilla on the night of February 21. The incident, which took place on International Mother Language Day, went viral on Facebook and other social media platforms, sparking nationwide outrage and protests. The vandalism occurred at the campus of Gunabati Degree College in Gunabati Union of Chauddagram Upazila. Upon receiving the news, police, army personnel, and Upazila administration officials visited the site on Friday.
