Sheikh Rehana’s son Radwan Mujib Siddiq Bobby will also play a role. Analysts note the strategy mirrors the Indian National Congress model of placing Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi in key positions. Saima Wazed, recently on indefinite leave from WHO, is expected to become more politically active. Party insiders say Awami League leaders support Hasina’s succession plan.
