Attack on Journalist Hassan Atik in Tangail, Admitted to Hospital

An act of violent assault occurred against Hassan Atik, news editor of Daily Shomoyer Alor, poet, and writer, in Basail, Tangail, sparked by a trivial issue. He is currently receiving treatment in hospital due to serious injuries sustained in the attack. The incident took place on Sunday afternoon in Baghil Purba Para area of the upazila. At that time, his wife was also injured while trying to protect him.
