Reflecting on six months of governance, he highlighted the unity among citizens and political leaders, despite differences. He expressed confidence that if this unity continues, a new Bangladesh can be built. He also acknowledged attempts to obstruct progress but affirmed that collective strength has overcome these challenges.

Interim Government’s Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus has stated that those whom the people of Bangladesh (the Awami League government) have expelled, rejected, and abandoned are now desperate to return. “Every single day is crucial for them. Delays make things difficult for them. That is why we must remain strong and steadfast,” he emphasized.
