BSF Kills a Farmer Inside Bangladesh and Takes Away the Body

A Bangladeshi farmer was killed, and his body was taken away by the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) while he was irrigating his farmland inside Bangladesh near the Shibganj border in Chapainawabganj. The deceased, Barikul Islam (36), was the son of Setaur Rahman from Namojagnathpur Schoolcham village in Durlovpur Union of the upazila. The incident occurred early Friday morning near international border pillar 10’s 2SS and 10’s 4SS at the Raghunathpur-Fatepur border, approximately 250 yards inside Bangladesh’s territory.
