Hundreds of Bodies Lie on the Streets in Sudan, with No One Left to Bury Them
Hundreds of bodies are lying on the streets of El Fasher, the capital of Sudan’s North Darfur state, following intense violence. There is no one left to bury the dead. The city was captured last week by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF), who reportedly killed at least 1,500 people. Around 460 of them were killed in just one hospital.
