In a statement, Rubio emphasized that Iran must never be allowed to develop or acquire nuclear weapons. Both leaders acknowledged the importance of working together to establish lasting peace between Israel and Iran and to maintain regional stability. Notably, Pakistan does not have formal diplomatic ties with Israel.
