The Bangladesh Air Force has dismissed reports that local miscreants from Samitipara launched a surprise attack on the Cox’s Bazar Air Force base on Monday, calling the news misleading. Meanwhile, ISPR stated that rumors are being spread claiming that a young man was killed by Air Force gunfire in Cox’s Bazar. According to the statement, a sudden attack by some local miscreants left four Air Force personnel injured, who are currently undergoing treatment.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has stated that the claim of a youth being killed by gunfire from the Air Force in Cox’s Bazar is not accurate. According to ISPR, misinformation is being spread regarding the alleged killing. They clarified that a group of local miscreants launched a sudden attack on the Air Force base, injuring four personnel who are currently undergoing treatment.
