All political parties and student leaders have agreed to draft a unified declaration for the July-August mass uprising. The consensus highlights the importance of inclusivity, clarity, and collective ownership in the process. Proposals to form a discussion committee and ensure no undue delays were widely supported. Legal Advisor Asif Nazrul expressed optimism about achieving success through this agreement, reflecting the cooperative spirit seen during the uprising. Participants unanimously emphasized unity as the foundation for the declaration’s creation.

All political parties and student leaders have unanimously agreed to prepare the declaration for the July-August student and mass uprising. It was emphasized that there should be no unnecessary haste or delay in the process. The formation of a committee for discussions was also proposed, and the government will promptly review and decide on these proposals.
Jamaat’s Secretary General, Mia Golam Parwar, stated that the all-party meeting with Chief Advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus was fruitful. Everyone at the meeting agreed that a declaration for the July Uprising is necessary. He said, “We presented our opinions at the meeting. To summarize, everyone present agreed to move forward with unity in the spirit of the uprising.”
