Missing Teenager Suba in RAB Custody in Naogaon, Boyfriend on the Run

Eleven-year-old Arabi Islam Suba, missing from Mohammadpur, Dhaka, was rescued from Naogaon’s RG Madhyapara by RAB. Authorities had been searching for her and a young man since morning. While Suba was taken into custody, the young man, Momin (21), remains at large. Suba, who came to Dhaka for her mother’s cancer treatment, disappeared near Tokyo Square Market. CCTV footage showed her walking hand in hand with Momin. Her father denied any romantic involvement, suspecting she was taken by a fraud gang.

Missing Teenager Suba Rescued from Naogaon, Youth Detained

Arabi Islam Suba, a schoolgirl from Mohammadpur, Dhaka, who had been missing, was rescued from Naogaon with the help of the police. The operation, led by members of Rab-5, took place on Tuesday at her friend’s house. A young man, with whom Suba had reportedly run away, was detained during the rescue. The Officer-in-Charge of Adabar Police Station confirmed the event, mentioning that the detained youth could be arrested if Suba files a complaint against him.

Missing student Suba’s family accused of not cooperating with police

The police have reported that today the teenager was found at the boy’s house in Naogaon. However, upon noticing the police’s presence, the girl left the house again. ADC Jewel Rana said, “Cooperation with the police is necessary. Since yesterday, numerous police teams have been working tirelessly. However, the unfortunate part is that the girl’s family has been telling the boy’s family not to hand her over to the police until they arrive.”

Missing schoolgirl Suba found in Naogaon

The 11-year-old Arabi Islam Suba, who went missing from Mohammadpur in the capital, has been found. The child, Suba, has been staying in Naogaon district with a friend. This was confirmed on Tuesday by Ibn Mizan, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Tejgaon Division of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP). He stated, “We have identified Suba’s location. She is currently in Naogaon district, within the Rajshahi Division. The police are working to rescue her from there. Upon noticing the presence of the police, they changed their location. However, we expect to bring them into police custody soon.”

CCTV footage gathered from Mohammadpur shows the sixth-grade student walking with a boy, holding his hand. The police have sought assistance in detaining the boy’s father and uncle.

Missing Suba Spotted on Camera After Arriving in Dhaka

CCTV footage from Tokyo Square shows Suba, her cousin, and another boy entering a shopping mall. Suba was holding the boy’s hand, while the boy carried a shopping bag in his other hand. They were seen talking as they entered the mall, and later, they were also seen leaving the premises. In another CCTV clip, Suba, her cousin, and the boy were spotted walking in front of Tokyo Square in Mohammadpur. Later, Suba’s cousin confirmed that the people in the footage were indeed them. Following Suba’s disappearance, her father, Imran Rajib, filed a General Diary (GD) at the police station on Monday (February 3) evening.
