Court Orders Interpol Red Alert for Arrest of Former IGP Benazir Ahmed

A court has ordered the issuance of an Interpol Red Alert for the arrest of former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Benazir Ahmed. Deputy Director of the ACC, Hafizul Islam, submitted the petition, stating that Benazir Ahmed is currently absconding abroad and needs to be arrested and brought to justice. The petition argued that an arrest warrant should be issued against him through Interpol. After hearing the petition, the court granted the order.
