Eid Gifts Distributed in Sonargaon Marking Ziaur Rahman’s Death Anniversary

To commemorate the 44th death anniversary of former President Ziaur Rahman, BNP leaders organized a prayer gathering and distributed Eid gifts to over 300 underprivileged families in Sonargaon, Narayanganj. The initiative was led by freedom fighter and former Youth Development Director General SM Waliur Rahman Apel. Several BNP-affiliated leaders and former student activists attended the event. Apel highlighted Ziaur Rahman’s contributions to employment and development, emphasizing the relevance of his ideals in today’s political landscape.

On the occasion of the 44th martyrdom anniversary of former President Ziaur Rahman, the BNP organized a discussion, milad, and prayer session on Thursday afternoon in Sonargaon, Narayanganj. At the event, Eid gift packages were distributed among distressed and underprivileged families under the initiative of freedom fighter and former Director General of the Department of Youth Development, BNP leader SM Waliur Rahman Apel.
