Chief Advisor Calls for Boosting Deep-Sea Fishing

Chief Advisor Professor Muhammad Yunus has urged the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock to strengthen deep-sea fishing activities and modernize the fisheries and livestock sector. He noted that despite the sector’s vast potential, Bangladesh has yet to fully capitalize on it. On Wednesday evening, Professor Yunus held a meeting with officials from the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock at the state guesthouse Jamuna.
