Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said neighboring countries have sent Iran multiple messages about building a new regional security framework and expanding economic cooperation. Ghalibaf also said Washington had not succeeded in military confrontation with Iran and had failed to demonstrate an ability to reach a diplomatic understanding with Tehran.
