The political group ‘July Unity’ has released a list of 44 bureaucrats working at the Secretariat who they allege are aligned with the ruling Awami League. The list also includes the names of around 50 other senior officials from various administrative positions. Mosaddeq Ali Ibn Mohammad, a representative of the group, announced that in the next phase, they plan to release names of alleged authoritarian collaborators in sectors such as culture, education, healthcare, law, and media. Additionally, they have issued an eight-point demand, including mandatory retirement for all named officials by May 31, confiscation of their assets, and legal action against 626 individuals allegedly seeking refuge in the military.
