AL Fails to Bring a Drop of Teesta Water in 15 Years

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has stated that the Awami League government has failed to secure even a drop of Teesta River water in the last 15 years. He added that it is not just Teesta, but the government has failed to bring water from any of the rivers. “For the past 15 years, we have been fighting against the fascist Hasina government. Our boys are fighting. India does not provide water, yet our country’s enemy, Sheikh Hasina, enjoys a royal reception in Delhi and follows their orders,” he said.
