A violent clash over sand extraction in the Meghna River near Mohanpur, Chandpur, adjacent to Munshiganj, resulted in a gunfight between two groups, leaving two people dead. Several others, including one gunshot victim, were injured. The incident took place on Thursday night in the Meghna River near Char Abdullahpur, at the Munshiganj-Mohanpur border.
