RAB has arrested three individuals from Tetoiya Ghat, Khurushkul Union, in Cox’s Bazar with 60 sets of uniforms belonging to Myanmar’s Arakan Army. The primary supplier, Nur Mohammad, remains at large. During interrogation, the detainees admitted that they were operating under his leadership. Police Superintendent A.M. Farooq stated that the operation was conducted based on secret intelligence, as Arakan Army activities have increased in the region following the July uprising.
