The announcement was made on Monday by Tribunal-1, led by Justice Golam Mortuza Mojumdar, with Justices Md Shafiul Alam Mahmood and Md Mohitul Haque Enam Chowdhury as members. The case lists Sheikh Hasina as the main accused, alongside former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan and former Inspector General of Police Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun. Both Hasina and Asaduzzaman Khan are reportedly absconding and currently residing in India.
