Nahid Islam: At this moment, justice, reform, and a new constitution are needed

Nahid Islam, Convener of the National Citizens Party (NCP), said that the 2024 movement was launched to overthrow the killer Hasina, but this time our agenda is to build a new country. It is not enough for Sheikh Hasina to fall; the country’s political system must be changed, and arrangements for new politics must be made. The mafia-corruption system in the country must be replaced. In the last 10 months, we have not seen any such change. In many areas, we still see terrorists, extortionists, and mafia systems. At this moment, justice, reform, and a new constitution are needed.
