From early morning, large crowds began moving toward the Jamuna premises to meet the prime minister. Entry for the general public opened at 8:30 a.m., leading to a rapid increase in attendance. People from various professions and political affiliations gathered in groups, creating a festive atmosphere that extended as far as the Intercontinental Hotel area. Law enforcement personnel were visibly active across the zone to maintain order and security.
