Jamaat-e-Islami to Plant One Million Trees to Make Dhaka Livable

Jamaat-e-Islami plans to plant one million trees in Dhaka to create a safer and more livable city. Md. Nurul Islam Bulbul, the party’s Dhaka Metropolitan South Amir, emphasized the importance of social forestry and family nutrition gardens for environmental protection. He called on citizens to plant at least one tree each and urged the interim government to support social forestry initiatives. The party also launched a month-long tree plantation campaign at Old Paltan College grounds, distributing saplings to participants.

Jamaat to Plant 1 Million Trees in Dhaka to Make the Capital Livable

Md. Nurul Islam Bulbul, Central Executive Council Member of Jamaat-e-Islami and Amir of Dhaka Metropolitan South, stated that Jamaat-e-Islami will plant 1 million trees in the capital to build a safe and livable Dhaka. He emphasized the need to develop social forestry and family nutrition gardens to protect the environment. He added that if Jamaat-e-Islami gets the opportunity to govern, it will create safe and livable urbanization for every citizen of the country.
