Two children drowned in separate incidents in Gosairhat, Shariatpur. The deceased have been identified as Alif (6), son of Selim Farazi from Pachkathi village, and Abdur Rahman (5), son of Md. Russel Sardar from Charsamantsar village. Dr. Hafizur Rahman, the Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer, confirmed that both children were brought to the hospital by their families but were declared dead after examination.
