Dr. Syed Abdullah Muhammad Taher, Deputy Amir of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, believes that if the reform proposals on which political parties have reached consensus are properly implemented, qualitative change in Bangladesh is possible. He made this remark today, Wednesday, at the 22nd day of the second round of meetings between the National Unity Commission and political parties at the Foreign Service Academy.
