Bassem Naim, a Hamas political bureau member and former health minister of Gaza, called on the international community to intervene, urging Bangladeshis to continue their steadfast support for Palestine. "Your solidarity shines as a beacon of hope in this darkness," he stated, appealing for humanitarian assistance and pressure on global platforms to stop the genocide.
