Trump told Fox News Radio that Ukraine has until November 27 to decide, calling it a reasonable timeframe. However, when asked at the White House whether it was a final proposal, he clarified that it was not. Meanwhile, leaders from Europe, Canada, and Japan said the U.S.-Russia plan could serve as a basis for further talks but needs significant revisions. Security officials from the U.S., U.K., France, Germany, and Ukraine are set to meet in Geneva, as Russian missile and drone attacks continue across southern and eastern Ukraine.
