A sailor has gone missing after falling into the water from a cargo ship at the outer anchorage of Chattogram port. The incident occurred at about 12:15pm on Sunday, according to the report. Initial information indicated that the sailor fell overboard accidentally and could not be located.

Relevant authorities have launched a search operation to find the missing sailor. Two Bangladesh Navy vessels and one boat from SWADS have joined the rescue effort. Search teams are conducting operations at sea in an effort to locate and recover the sailor.
