The government of Bangladesh has announced the Hajj packages for 2027 under both government and private management. Religious Affairs Minister Kazi Shah Mofazzal Hossain (Kaykobad) made the announcement at his office in the Secretariat on Tuesday, with Religious Secretary Munshi Alauddin Al Azad present. The government’s Package-1 is priced at Tk 615,263, while the more affordable Package-2 costs Tk 505,648.

According to the minister, pilgrims under Package-1 will stay within 1,000 to 1,400 meters of the Haram Sharif in Makkah and in the Markazia area of Madinah. The stay in Saudi Arabia will typically last 35 to 40 days. Package-2 offers accommodation 2 to 3 kilometers from the Haram Sharif and within 800 meters of the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah. Both packages include meals through Moallems and services under “Service Package-3.”

A general Hajj package under private management has also been set at Tk 513,648, with agencies allowed to introduce three additional packages through mutual discussion.
