Jamaat-e-Islami Member of Parliament Shahjahan Chowdhury stated that Shaheed Osman Hadi spoke for justice and fairness, and warned that it would be unacceptable if the BNP failed to ensure justice for him after coming to power. He made the remarks on Saturday during a divisional rally of the 11-party alliance held in Chattogram.

Earlier, Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer and Leader of the Opposition Dr. Shafiqur Rahman arrived in Chattogram to attend the rally at Laldighi Maidan. The 11-party alliance organized the gathering to press for several demands, including implementation of the people's mandate, control of commodity prices, improvement of law and order, and establishment of citizens’ rightful entitlements.

The event reflected the alliance’s ongoing campaign to highlight governance and justice issues while uniting opposition forces around shared socio-political objectives.
