Metro rail services in Dhaka have resumed from Sunday morning after a one-day halt during Eid-ul-Azha. Passengers are allowed to board from 8:30 AM, but strict rules prohibit carrying sacrificial animal hides or any raw or cooked meat on the trains. Security checks at station entrances will enforce this rule rigorously. Trains will run every 30 minutes today, with normal schedules resuming Monday. A 10-day government holiday continues, affecting all public and private institutions across the country.
