Bangladesh’s Appellate Division has stayed a High Court order that had suspended the DUCSU and hall union elections until October 30.

As a result, voting will proceed as scheduled on September 9, according to the official election timetable. The ruling was delivered on Wednesday by a seven-member bench led by Chief Justice Syed Refat Ahmed.
