Authorities in Debidwar, Comilla, shut down five illegal brick kilns and imposed fines totaling 500,000 BDT. Assistant Commissioner (Land) Raihanul Islam led the operation, targeting Five Star Bricks, KMB Bricks, Russell Bricks, Sonia Bricks, and Debidwar Bricks. Fire service officials doused the flames in the kilns and confiscated freshly baked bricks.
