The United Arab Emirates has launched a new nomination-based Golden Visa for Indian and Bangladeshi nationals. Unlike previous options, this visa can be obtained without major investments, requiring a fee of AED 100,000 (approximately 3.3 million Bangladeshi Taka). Unlike property-based visas, this Golden Visa is permanent and allows holders to live with family members, employ domestic helpers and drivers, and work as professionals or businessmen. Nominations will be based on applicants’ social and criminal background checks. If successful during the trial phase, the program may be extended to nationals of other countries.
