BNP-nominated candidate Saeed Al Noman has been unofficially elected from the Chattogram-10 (Pahartali–Double Mooring) parliamentary constituency, according to results published on February 13, 2026. Out of 139 polling centers, results from 132 centers show that Noman, contesting under the paddy sheaf symbol, received 114,678 votes. His nearest rival, Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Shamsuzzaman Helali, who ran under the scale symbol, secured 69,734 votes.

The report from Amar Desh Online indicates that the results are still unofficial, as counting from a few centers remains pending. The constituency covers the Pahartali and Double Mooring areas of Chattogram, a key urban seat in the region. The election outcome reflects a significant lead for the BNP candidate over his closest competitor.

The broader election context includes several other notable results, such as victories by seven female candidates and a large-margin win by Hummam Quader, while BNP’s Aminul lost his race. These outcomes suggest a mixed performance for major parties across constituencies.
