The newly elected members of Bangladesh’s 13th National Parliament are scheduled to take their oath on February 17. Parliament Secretariat Secretary Kaniz Mowla confirmed the date, stating that preparations have been instructed for the ceremony. The oath-taking will include the Prime Minister and new cabinet members, with President Md. Shahabuddin administering the oath at the South Plaza of the National Parliament Building.
According to the Parliament Secretariat, all necessary arrangements are being made for the event. The confirmation follows the completion of the 13th National Parliamentary Election, after which the newly elected representatives will formally assume their duties through the oath ceremony.
