With the next general election approaching, Bangladesh Khelafat Majlish is finalizing its list of candidates for all 300 parliamentary seats. The party aims to complete the process by June 21. According to a recent organizational meeting, nominations will be given to candidates with strong grassroots popularity, organizational credibility, and active political presence. The party also reviewed preparations of potential candidates, many of whom plan to contest using the rickshaw symbol. Khelafat Majlish emphasized that unlike the last three “mock elections,” this one must be held under the current interim government after necessary reforms.
