Despite a ceasefire that has been in place for several weeks, Israeli forces have continued air and artillery attacks across Lebanon. Thousands of residents have fled southern Lebanon following Israeli evacuation orders. Highways from Sidon toward Beirut have become crowded with people escaping the ongoing assaults, reflecting growing fear and instability in the region.
