US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard told the Senate Intelligence Committee on Tuesday that the United States has not observed any effort by Iran to rebuild its nuclear enrichment capacity following the attack in June last year. Gabbard stated that Iran and its allied forces remain capable of launching attacks against US and allied interests in the Middle East.
