A nine-member high-level delegation of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), led by Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, left for China on Sunday night at 10:10 PM on the invitation of the Chinese Communist Party. Speaking about the visit, Fakhrul said discussions will focus on enhancing bilateral cooperation and addressing issues of mutual interest. During the five-day trip, the BNP leaders will meet senior leaders of the Chinese Communist Party. He emphasized that China’s economic strength can benefit Bangladesh if utilized properly.
