The number of people injured in Israel due to a missile salvo believed to have been launched from Iran has risen to 23, reports The Times of Israel. During the attack, a 51-year-old woman was killed while seeking shelter at a refuge center.
Magen David Adom, Israel’s emergency medical service, confirmed that all the injured are receiving treatment. Among them, a 16-year-old youth is in serious condition with injuries to the upper body, and a 54-year-old man is reported to be in a moderate condition.
The attack has heightened tensions in the region, prompting increased security measures and emergency responses.
